Quick, easy, and they taste great. I like to eat one about 20 minutes before BJJ training or strength training.

Doesn’t need to be fancy. Creatine monohydrate is the most widely studied sports supplement of all-time and the effects on muscle building, workout performance, and athletic improvement make it the most scientifically grounded supplement you can buy. It’s also really cheap.

Multi-Vitamin:
