Kids BJJ (Mon/Wed/Fri):

For children ages 7-14 years old; age groups are split between 7-10 yrs old and 11-14 yrs old for classes. Major focuses will be on the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, and proper defense. Childrens’ classes also emphasize character building, discipline, and taking pride in learning and accomplishments. All students must wear a BJJ gi.

Basics/Fundamentals BJJ (Tue/Thu):

For anyone ages 15 and older. Introductory class on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals and basics. An obvious class for all white belts, but also good for veterans to make sure their basics are sharp. Technique instruction followed by live rounds. All students must wear a BJJ gi.

Intermediate/Developmental BJJ (Tue/Thu):

Tailored for students ages 15 and older, and with some skill and knowledge of BJJ. Instruction is taught at a slightly faster pace than with the basics classes and begins to focus more on systems rather than on individual segments and techniques of grappling. All students must wear a BJJ gi.

Advanced BJJ (Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat):

For anyone ages 15 and older. Our regular classes that focus on a mixture of intermediate and advanced techniques. All skill levels are welcome, but it is recommended for beginners to try and start their first few months in the other two adult BJJ classes. Warm-ups, technique instruction, followed by live rounds. All students must wear a BJJ gi.

Takedown Essentials (Tue):

Focuses on the fundamentals of the standup aspect of grappling. A mix of folk-style wrestling, judo, and standup defenses. All students must wear a BJJ gi.

No-Gi Essentials (Thu):

Focuses on the core concepts of no-gi grappling. No BJJ gi required. Unicorn rashguard optional.

Open Mats/Event Day (Sun):

Sundays are reserved for open mat live rolling and days where the academy holds special events like Law Enforcement Training, no-gi open mats for all academies, and self-defense events.
